What’s Included?

Learn the basics of infant massage with Rhiannon Major, RMT. You will learn basic techniques, the importance of infant massage, and the theory behind it all. We will cover constipation, gas, colic, torticollis, and sleeping troubles. You will also have the opportunity to practice all techniques with your baby during the workshop. Bringing your baby is highly encouraged. This workshop is recommended for infants 8 weeks to 12 months.

The workshop is approx. 90 minutes and will include a handout, massage oil, Q&A, and practice time. Mats and pillows will be provided.

Please bring your own towel or blanket. All infant health history forms will need to be completed 24-hours before the course.
